What payments do you take? At this time we take cash or credit card. I do apologize for the inconvenience but we do not accept checks.
When are payments due?
Payments are due at time of service. If the amount due is going to be more than an estimate stated we will notify you before we continue cleaning to approve the price difference.
How do you get in to my home?
You can leave a key with us that we will put in a lock box so it is safe and secure. When the cleaning is done the key is put immediately back in the box. You also can make sure you are home on your cleaning day, please remember though our arrival time is an estimate because we cannot determine exactly how other cleanings that day will go.
What about my pets?
We ask that your pets are secure during our cleanings. We will be in and out of the home when we arrive to bring in our supplies and the same when we finish. We do not want to risk anything happening to your pet during that time.
What is the cost to clean my home?
Fees are based on the size and condition of your home. When you receive the initial estimate, it is just that -- an estimate. Once the service providers enter your home for the first time, they should have a better sense of exactly how long the cleaning should take. As soon as they become aware of a discrepancy between the estimate and actual time needed, they immediately contact Kelli Shiner House cleaning management who will try to contact you to discuss the difference. Very often, first-time cleans or one-time cleanings may require additional time and an additional fee. If this is the case, you will be contacted by management prior to authorizing the service providers to spend more time in the home.
We can also get you a quote for the job by meeting with you before the time of service and doing a walk through of the home. This will give us great communication with each other and allow you the customer to let us know exactly what you want done. When you get a walk through quote done the price is more accurate than an estimate because we have actually seen the job. It there are any drastic changes to the home between having the walk through quote and the scheduled cleaning that would change the cost we will let you know upon arrival to clean.
JBER move out clean prices are primarily a flat rate. Prices may change if there are additional needs in the home that must be completed. The prices are as follows:
2 bedroom- $300
3 bedroom- $350
4 bedroom- $400
5 bedroom-$500
Do you guarantee that I will pass inspection @ JBER?
An inspection specialist will be at your final inspection to ensure that you have passed. Although we do guarantee our work, we can't guarantee that you will pass inspection based on other issues that may have occurred with the home.
Should I tip the service providers?
If you are pleased with the work done in your home we encourage you to show your appreciation to your service provider. Although not required, a gratuity is a powerful way to say "I appreciate your work." Even a note from you, simply saying "thanks for a job well done" means a great deal.
Do you require a contract?
We do not require a contract with Kelli Shiner House Cleaning meaning you can cancel service whenever needed (please see cancellation policy). We do set up an agreement with our clients though stating tasks that may be requested and frequency of cleanings.
What is the cancellation policy?
If it is necessary to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day, Kelli Shiner House Cleaning merely requires a 2 business day notice. If Kelli Shiner House Cleaning receives less than a 2 business day notice, or can't access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge the full price of your cleaning. Future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged. Please be sure to submit in writing any termination of regularly scheduled cleanings. Do not inform the service providers of any changes to your schedule -- it must be done directly with the management of your local office. Note that recurring service is priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Cleaning charges apply.
