Residential-
With residential cleaning we always perform our 46 point checklist. You can chose a one time cleaning, weekly or bi-weekly. Here is our 46 point checklist that we will complete during every cleaning. You may have other areas that need attention and they can be added for an additional fee.
Bathrooms
Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed
Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind
Vanity top cleaned (more time may be required to remove and replace items on top)
Towels changed (if left out)
Mirrors cleaned
Windowsills wiped down
Trash emptied
Baseboards dusted or wiped
Vacuum and/or wash floor
Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates
Kitchen
Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced)
Cabinet fronts washed or dusted
Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
Floor vacuumed or washed
Exterior of appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop) cleaned (interior cleaned upon request - ask for details)
Small appliances wiped
Windowsills cleaned
Baseboards dusted or wiped

Move in/out cleanings
Bathrooms - Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors, Scrub and disinfect toilet, Clean and sanitize bath & showers, shower doors and tiles, Scrub bathroom sinks, wipe all counters, Clean mirrors, Clean inside and out of drawers and cupboards.
Kitchen – Sweep and wash hard surface floors, Clean inside/outside all kitchen cupboards and drawers, Clean inside/outside of oven, Wash inside/outside of dishwasher, Clean inside/outside microwave, clean inside/outside refrigerator, Wipe baseboards, Clean all counter tops, Damp wipe window ledges, Clean out pantry
Bedrooms – Vacuum and mop (if necessary), Clean mirrors, Dust and wash window sills and ledges, wipe walls and doors, wipe base boards.
Hallway- Vacuum and mop (if necessary) , Wipe walls, Wipe baseboards, Wipe light switches and outlets.
Living room- Vacuum and mop (if necessary,, Dust and wash window sills and window frames,, Clean and polish all surfaces, Remove cobwebs, Wipe walls, Wipe baseboards
Construction cleaning
Kelli Shiner’s House cleaning is experienced in construction cleanings. We are here to work around your schedule. We will work around contractors and make sure that the job is done at your convenience.
Events
After your event is over, our special event cleaning service staff will come wipe down the tables and provide complete breakdown services. During this process, we will remove all trash and clean the floors. Our final walk-through will ensure that the complete area has been cleaned.
What about ensuring that trash bags are changed in a timely manner during the event? If you don’t make sure that it’s taken care of, your guests will take action to change the bag for you, if they do is that really what you want them to be doing? If they don’t and you don’t they will keep throwing trash onto the teetering pile and the ground around it.
What about tables and counters in food preparation and eating areas? Unfortunately, not everyone is in the habit of clearing their places, and uneaten food quickly attracts pests.
Not only do we offer services after the event, but even before and during. Planning a special event is stressful enough that taking pre-event cleaning off of the to-do list can make a real difference in whether your event is a success or a flop.
During the event, we can change out those garbage cans, clean up spills and forgotten food or drinks, and so forth, freeing you to keep things running smoothly.
